| The Floorfix clip is designed for positioning chequer/durbar plate to steelwork without the need for drilling or welding. maintainence or repositioning of the plate along the steelwork. The Floorfix clip as standard is designed to fix to steelwork flanges upto 15mm thickness. Should your steelwork be thicker than this we can provide a spacer to increase the fixing range, please contact BeamClamp division should this be required.

Installation
1. Assemble the Floorfix clip to the underside of the floor plate with the flat edge running in line with the steelwork flange, lower the floor plate with the floorfix clip pre-assembled into the desired position.

2. Rotate the countersunk screw anti-clockwise one full turn.
3. Tighten the countersunk screw until the plate is securely fixed to the steelwork. |
